  • Contractual Scope: By placing an order, submitting a 17-digit VIN requisition, or issuing payment to Select Parts Co. LLC, your entity agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Commercial Account Eligibility: Purchases are intended for qualified automotive repair facilities, fleet operators, and certified mechanics capable of professional mechanical installation.
  • Corporate Authority: Individuals executing wire transfers or issuing company credit card payments warrant that they possess legal corporate authority to bind their entity.

  • Wire Transfer Discounts: Invoices settled via corporate bank wire transfer qualify for fee waivers (waiving standard 3.5% merchant processing charges) and eligibility for upgraded warranty tiers.
  • Price & Availability Locks: Quotations issued by dispatch specialists are valid for 48 hours from generation due to high turnover across Southwest teardown inventory vaults.
  • Core Charges & Deposits: Core block returns (where applicable) must be returned fluid-drained within 30 days via approved LTL freight manifests to receive full core deposit credits.

  • Mandatory ASE Installation: Claims require documentation proving installation by an ASE-certified facility along with new filter, gasket, thermostat, and fluid replacement receipts.
  • Excluded Damage & Modifications: Coverage is voided by thermal heat-tab melting, oil starvation, over-revving, forced-induction/performance tuning, or improper adaptation modifications.

  • Commercial Liability Cap: Select Parts Co. LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific powertrain or drivetrain core assembly.
  • Consequential Loss Exclusion: We explicitly disclaim liability for indirect damages, including shop labor costs, vehicle rental fees, commercial fleet downtime, or lost business revenue.
  • State of Missouri Governing Law: All legal disputes, contract interpretations, and commercial arbitrations shall be governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the State of Missouri, USA.
